3 easiest Smoothies which anyone can make!

This Sunday morning I woke up, feeling like I want to change my daily breakfast routine with something healthier than usual to boost up my energy level for the day. So I looked around in the kitchen to see what I had as ingredients, determined to go for quick and easy smoothie recipes for my family n I! I had bananas, apples, oranges, low fat milk, and low fat yoghurt (I always use low-fat dairy products).

After I spotted what I had, I logged on the internet to search for easy banana smoothie recipes and boom I got what I was looking for. Thank you Google, you are always there for me! I thought why not share the recipes with you so that you can try them out too. I got a food crush on the peanut one! Here are the recipes for the 3 smoothies:

  1. Orange Creamside

Ingredients:

½ banana

½ cup fresh orange juice

½ cup low fat yoghurt

Add sugar to taste and 2 or 3 ice cubes. Put everything in the blender and you are done! You can also add an apple to make it tastier. A quick way to shake up your breakfast or midafternoon snack routine!

  1. Key Lime Pie

Ingredients:

½ banana

½ cup milk

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Sugar to taste & Ice cubes

This will surely make your taste buds happy, I bet!

  1. Peanutty ‘Naner

Ingredients:

½ banana

1 cup of milk

2 tbsp peanut butter

No need to add sugar for this one. Just add 2 ice cubes and blend it all together with the ingredients! It’s exquisite and my favorite! It is the one I would make over and over again <3
